We present some snapshots that we have taken in the Acrobalia facilities, where we have recently equipped its functional training area for the development and maintenance of the most advanced athletes.

Bumper, Kettlebell, SlamBall, Med Ball, suspension training, weight bag, functional material and mobility ... are part of the equipment we have equipped this new structure.

For Rowess Fitness Solutions it means a lot that they have had our Ruster® brand, connecting us to this fantastic project that has just been born.

Acrobalia is the only acrobatic gymnastics team (Acrosport) existing in the capital of Jaén. It was created ten years ago with the intention of bringing sport closer to those teenagers who were not attracted to competition or federated sport.

School of acrobatic gymnastics at the exhibition level of various performing arts and circus

A little history:
Created in 2003 when our director Antonio Cobos joined the group of teachers at the "Maristas" school in Jaén. After including acrobatic gymnastics in their programs and thanks to the great expectation created among the students of the center, along with the visit of Jesús López Bedoya, the greatest reference of acrobatic gymnastics in Spain in the 80s and 90s, at the University of Jaén To teach an Acrosport course, he began to teach extracurricular lessons in the school premises in an altruistic way. In less than a year, students go from 30 to 80 years, a number that has never stopped growing until today. After a few years, the former students of the school go to the University of Jaén and before the growing current of interest in this sport in our city, a university group of acrobatic gymnastics is created, parallel to that of the Marists, also led by Antonio Cobos, director of Acrobalia. For some years, training sessions at both institutions alternated weekly.

Due to the spectacular nature of this discipline, numerous performances are born in different nursing homes, with the intention of sharing our passion for this sport with our elders. The need to provide legal coverage for this series of altruistic actions and to have medical support in case of injuries was born, which is why the sports and cultural association ACROBALIA was born in 2011. At that time, our exhibitions had a large audience of over 1,600 spectators. In September 2012, the Sport Board proposed that we create a municipal sports school for acrobatic gymnastics. The lack of financial means from the City Council, for the initial investment required by a discipline with expensive sports equipment, such as ours, meant that the school was created by indirect management, with Acrobalia responsible for the activity and the investor. From there, Acrobalia has continued to grow to the over 300 students it currently has, aged between 4 and 35 years.
