RAIL TEAM SERIESThe"Wods" is a functional training competition for couples of the same gender whose qualification phase will be based on two online wods designed by the organization itself.

IRON TEAM SERIES wants to be an event where registered athletes can show that they are the most fit, with a challenging, varied and complete final phase.

Will be ranked 64 athletes, the 8 best RX female, male, Sc fem fem, male. It is divided into two categories RX - Climb, according to its position on the ranking of qualifications.

On Monday 17th June the IRON TEAM SERIES (ITS) qualification tests will be presented:

ITS 19.1 June 17 June 20:00h to 24 June

ITS 19.2 June 25 June 20:00h to 30 June

Once the qualification phase has been completed, the final phase will take place from 17 to 30 June at the IRON BOX ALGECIRAS facilities (C/ El Pinzón 15, 11205, Algeciras). The exact time and details of the event will be displayed as the date of the competition approaches.

The program and the availability of the athletes will be on July 13, 2019 at the following time: 08:00 h - 20:00 h.

At the end of the final phase, the prizes in each category will be awarded to employees.

The classification will be done through the Wodbuster platform.

FORMAT AND MATERIAL

For each event, all the details of the test (movements, standards, repetitions, formats, weights, ...) will be specified in the IRON TEAM SERIES Instagram account.

VIDEO

The execution of the test must be recorded, showing the material and weights at the beginning of the test so that the correct execution of the test can be corroborated. In addition, the competitor must present himself/herself to the camera, indicating the name of the competition and the training number. The angle of the recording must be such that it is possible to appreciate compliance with all the rules.

PRESENTATION OF RESULTS

The results will be sent via the WODBUSTER application. It is the athlete's responsibility to send the result and the video within the deadline.

VALIDATION OF RESULTS

The validation of the results will be done through a team of judges who will evaluate the submitted videos. It is the athlete's responsibility to follow the format of the competition.

PENALTIES

Any movement that is unusual, out of the ordinary or used to shorten or change the standard of open Crossfit Games.

Valid video: the athlete meets all training requirements.

SCROLL SYSTEM

A number of points will be awarded equivalent to the position obtained in the test.

ACCOMMODATION

If a competitor disagrees with the penalties applied to his/her score, he/she should send an email to ironteamseries@gmail.com.

• Rx 16 teams (32 athletes)

There is a possibility of variations in the number of ads, with the possibility of increasing or decreasing the number of places.

REGISTRATION

Registration will be performed again via WODBUSTER. Only qualified athletes can enter the finals.
