When we were children it was quite normal to jump on each other, do somersaults and pine, because when the years pass we lose this practice that brings us so many benefits? And not only that, when we try to get it back, many times there is a mental block that prevents us from even thinking about it.
You need to know that whatever your basic physical condition you will be able to do Pine, you just need the right guides and the right assistance to continue to enjoy so many good things to do it:
